I was a little worried that I wouldn’t be able to access the MP3 files on my android device after reading another review, but I didn’t have much problem. After downloading and extracting the files, I wanted to open them in Spotify, but no luck there. I tried Youtube music app with success.
This is the third time I’ve been through all four volumes of SotW and the second time using audio. I bought the CDs five years ago. It would’ve been nice to get a discount since I already own the CDs and would gladly return those clunky things, but alas I am too lazy to reach out to customer support.
I don’t mind Jim Weiss’s manner of reading, but it drives some of my household nuts. He dramatizes the reading, and it’s pretty heavy-handed at times.
