The loose-leaf version is no longer available for Volume 4, although a couple of other volumes still have some at this point – we have changed to bound copies based on customer feedback, and are selling the loose-leaf Student Pages until they run out of stock for each volume. The new books do have perforated pages!

Correct, the non-revised Student Pages are no longer available. We were careful in our revisions, though, and you can mix the old edition text with the revised Student Pages. The page references won’t match (but they are grouped by chapter), and there are other small differences, but it’s very workable.
