I would like to strongly caution anyone who is interested in this book and curriculum. I almost instinctively bought this just based on the fact that it’s from The Well-Trained Mind. Thankfully, I (at the last minute) decided to research the author’s beliefs. Based on the many things I read from sources that I respect, I now personally view Peter Enns as a heretic, which I do not say casually. Just to give an example of his beliefs that I don’t agree with, Peter Enns, who is a theological liberal, denies the inerrancy of the Bible. So I certainly wouldn’t want him to teach my children hermeneutics. I just wanted to warn anyone who might also be tempted to trust blindly.
