Will the Earth Science and Astronomy for the Logic Stage cover the same material for astronomy? I would like to cover Earth Science on my own but didnt want to buy 2 books with the same material.

This is an Academy textbook, so we don’t sell a teacher guide for it. However, it is basically the first half of Elemental Science‘s “Earth Science and Astronomy” and they do sell a teacher guide for that. I imagine you could use it with your book, maybe with some adaptions, but please do verify with them.
