It is important that you make sure your order is exactly what you want before you submit it. In an effort to cut down on shipping times, your order is automatically imported to our warehouse in Texas when you place it. This means that if you select the wrong quantity, volume, binding, or title, we are unable to correct it before it ships out. Accordingly, please, please, please double-check your order before you submit it at the store. If you have any questions about our materials, please ask us before you place the order.

We want you to have the very best, and for you to be completely satisfied with every book you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you would like to return an item, return it to us within 30 days, and we’ll give you a complete refund or exchange (minus shipping costs). We cannot accept returns of shrink-wrapped items, once they have been opened (Student Pages, Flashcards, and Audiobooks) or Downloads that are not duplicate orders.
All orders placed on our webstore may take 24-48 hours to process.
We are now happy to offer Flat Rate Ground Shipping (retail customers only) because we know rising costs are pinching our customers and we don’t think you should have to pay more for shipping when you buy more products. We now offer several shipping options for you to choose from.
All orders over $150 receive free shipping! Please note that if you return items from your order, and the subsequent order total is less than $150, the waived shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund. Also, free shipping is only available in the contiguous United States.
If you order a “combo pack” and then return part of the order, we will only refund the difference between the discounted combo price and the cost of the materials you kept. That is, the combo discount doesn’t apply if you break the combo pack up.
Most items will ship within 2 to 3 business days from the time you place your order. Domestic delivery takes anywhere from 1 to 4 days, depending on how far you are from our shipping facility in Texas. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers who select faster shipping methods such as Next Day Air Saver and 2nd Day Air should keep in mind that if they place their order on a Friday or over the weekend, the order will not be shipped until the following Monday.
What carrriers do you use for shipping?
We ship with UPS and USPS.
We recommend using flat rate ground shipping as your shipping method, because we are able to track packages shipped with UPS.
My invoice says “Not Available” or “Backordered” next to one of the items. What does that mean?
Occasionally, we will run out of a particular book for a few weeks. We try to keep the inventory well-stocked, but demand sometimes outpaces our supply. If your order is missing a book, and your invoice notes that it is backordered or “not available,” that simply means that we’re expecting the books to come in soon, and we will send your books to you as soon as we get them. You won’t be charged for additional shipping. If you’d like to cancel a backordered book, please call our office, at 1.877.322.3445.
Your store site doesn’t seem to be working properly for me. What should I do?
