Default Birmingham, AL
I'm in Birmingham, AL (well, actually Pelham) and wondering how many WTMers are from this area. We are starting 1st grade and I'm interested in finding other 1st graders for my dd to get to know and also for field trip, group projects, playdates, etc.

Wish you had been there in 1995, when I began homeschooling ! . . . except that we left the state that fall.

We lived just off of Hwy. 119, and LOVED the area.

Hope you find many friends for your dd, and have a great time homeschooling !

Well, I'm near Mobile. Too bad we're on opposite ends of the state. We will be visiting Birmingham in August to take our dc to a Jonas Brothers Concert.

I'm in your area, in fact I think I recognize your screen name from another board, maybe ACM or BM? I live in Springville, we moved there 4 years ago from Helena.

Maybe we'll meet IRL sometime!

Bamagirl, I know Springmama was on ACM, but I don't know about BM.
